SERVICES
ABARRATEGUI undertakes projects with an integral perspective, from the project itself and the management of the building works, to the administrative procedures required in order to make the project feasible.
ABARRATEGUI works with external advisers integrated within the working group: these are both advisers suggested by the client and those that the we select and recommend ourselves to the client. ABARRATEGUI co-ordinates the work of all the advisers involved in every project.
One of the aspects where the Studio places a particular emphasis is on the control of costs of each of the projects. In ABARRATEGUI, to create is to choose one out of countless possibilities. The work carried out in the Studio is permanently evaluated ensuring that all the projects are done within the established time limits and respecting the budget limitations.
MANAGEMENT
Formalities and follow-up concerning files of Architecture, Town Planning and Engineering with departments from Professional Associations, as well as Local, Regional and Ministerial departments in order to obtain the authorisations, authentications, permissions and ratings required for the construction of the buildings and for the development of the activities planned.
Abarrategui deals with the formalities from private and public suppliers of gas services, telecommunication infrastructures, water and plumbing services in order to obtain the required authorisations for the execution of the installations and for the contracting of the services.
