DEVELOPMENT.
The buildings and attached land are arranged, together with their common boundaries, in a north-east – south-east direction, generating gently sloping banked platforms descending north to south, in order to adapt construction to the natural topography and for optimum views and sunlight while maintaining a high degree of privacy.
The composition of volumes using superimposed prisms corresponding to the different heights of the houses, projecting one over another within the limits of occupation and using the total area eligible for construction, generates living spaces on the outside of each floor, prolonging interior usage in each.
This multiplicity of exterior spaces connected with the interior on each level increases the available surface area in each home and parcel.
The ground floor of each house features a large porch leading in to the vestibule, with a staircase and lift communicating the upper floors.
The ground floor also contains the living/dining room, a large space with different areas and ceiling heights, reaching double height in part.
Outside the living/dining room is the garden, located at the back of the parcel on the same level, with a paved area equipped with drainage and low-maintenance tree species, bushes and climbing plants, and an automatic drip watering system.
The kitchen and guest bathroom complete the layout of the ground floor.
The first floor contains three bedrooms, each with a bathroom and dressing room, spacious enough to accommodate twin beds. This floor also features a terrace, and a hallway with views down into the living/dining room through the double height space.
The second floor contains the master bedroom, with a dressing room and two bathrooms on a different level, arranged around a small garden receiving natural light from a glass ceiling.
The large terrace generated by the juxtaposition of volumes, contains a swimming channel and a strategically oriented solarium.
The roof has sufficient space to house external equipment related to air conditioning, solar energy, telecommunications, etc.
Access to the garage in the basement is by means of a ramp. Each has capacity for 4 cars.
