URBAN PLANNING PROPOSAL FOR AVENIDA OLÍMPICA, RENFE TRAIN STATION AND S.G.6.
2004. Móstoles. MADRID.

Given its strategic location at a privileged point of the north-east access to Móstoles, on the Villaviciosa de Odón road, this urban area is surrounded by a parcel dedicated to social services, leisure and cultural activities, located on Avenida Olímpica; General System 5; the Olivar green zone; and General System 6.  

The planning area itself is a fundamental point of reference, requiring a highly specific treatment that addresses relevant factors such as location, relationship with its surroundings, adjacent volumes, existing usage, image of the city, etc.

DEVELOPMENT.

The relevance of the urban space under development requires its transformation into a singular element in the landscape of the north-east access to the city.  The usage appropriate to this relevant character of the area points to different categories of tertiary activity, at the level of concentration and location specified in the proposal.
