The building consists of two underground floors and five floors above ground, distributed as follows:

Underground level 2: Car park with 51 parking spaces.  

Underground level 1: divided into two areas:

Client area:

Salon and bar leading to three additional salons and the breakfast buffet.  Toilets, and a fitness room with sauna and bathroom. 

Service and installations area:

Service entrance and a loading bay located on the ramp leading to the garage.  

Ground floor:  Divided into two areas.  The first consists of 27 guest rooms and the housekeeping station.  The second contains the entrance, main lobby, reception, concierge desk, salons, administration, director’s office, secure storage and cloakroom, business centre, public phones, and a communications hub consisting of lifts and the client staircase. 
Floors 1-4:  Each floor contains 34 guest rooms, each with a terrace.  The housekeeping station is located next to the service/emergency staircase.  

Roof level: Containing the staircase housing, a telecommunications room and the boiler room.
