The hotel has a total of 92 rooms. The building features a basement, ground floor, three upper floors and the roof level.
The floors are distributed as follows:
Basement: Containing machine rooms and the staff dining room, toilets and changing rooms. An exit door links the service and emergency staircase to the outside on this level.
Ground floor: Divided into two areas, the first containing 11 double rooms, housekeeping station, service/emergency staircase and lift. The second area features the hotel lobby, client staircase and lifts, reception, and cloakroom, left luggage and safe storage, bar, service area, buffet dining room, cold rooms, vending area, business centre, toilets, and the staircase down to the basement.
Floors 1-3: Three identical floors, each with 27 double rooms, all with views to the exterior.
Roof level: Accessed via the service/emergency staircase, the roof houses lift machinery and the boiler room.
