The building situated in the EP-2 plot has a surface of 3,251.43 m2 and it has been developed in two floors under the grade line level, and five on the grade line level (G+4).

The basement floor has an area for installations rooms and a garage with 40 parking spaces.

In the lower-ground floor are located the clients area, the services area and a garage. In the first floor, there is a lounge where the breakfast buffet is placed.
