“ALANDA” FIVE STAR HOTEL COMPLEX

The complex consists of a main building, named Block 1, with 98 rooms and projected as a 5-star hotel, with three underground floors, and four floors above ground topped by an attic.  The floors are distributed as follows:

Underground level 3: Car park with 46 parking spaces.  

Underground level 2: Divided into a private car park for 5 vehicles, and hotel installations.  The hotel space is divided into installations and services and the client area.   

The client area consists of a lift and staircase area, a vestibule leading to four salons, and toilets. 

Underground level 1:  Also divided into client and service areas.
 
The client area consists of a dining room, bar, toilets, and a dining terrace.  The dining room features an open double staircase leading up to the ground floor. 

Ground floor: Featuring the main hotel lobby, reception, concierge desk, elevators, phone booths and two shops.  

On each side of the main lobby are two wings of hotel rooms, one with 10 rooms and the other with 7.   

Floors 1-3: Each floor houses 27 rooms, one of which is a suite.  

Attic floor: Director’s residence, accessed via the client staircase and a private lift.
