“EQUINOCCIO” SHOPPING AND LEISURE CENTRE.
2004. Jerez de la Frontera. CÁDIZ.

This proposal to the city aims to offer ideas to place Jerez in the exclusive upmarket segment of the tourism market.  The first part of the proposal addresses a top quality residential concept, integrated with and related to the “city of horses” and sports, in idyllic surroundings achieved through careful landscaping that considers both environmental and bioclimatic conditions.

Together with the residential project, a series of projects related with the traditions and business life of Jerez will be carried out.  These subprojects are the main attraction of this proposal, and what differentiates it from other developments: a business park focused on R&D in local industry, a Congress centre, a large hotel complex with a casino and shows, private and public golf courses, a luxury tourist resort and an exclusive shopping and leisure centre.

The new by-road off the A-4 will allow the clear distinction of this area from surrounding areas, using the national road as a boundary to preserve the exclusivity necessary for commercial success, and a real estate development that will stand out from the rest, in quality, category and functionality.
