SINGLE FAMILY SEMI DETACHED HOUSES IN CUBAS DE LA SAGRA. MADRID.


The location of the land is found defined in the modified dossier of the Implementation Unit on Urbanised Land UE-20, of the Subsidiary Regulations for the Planning of Cubas de la Sagra, as a Planning Area 3 R.3.3.

The site has a net surface area of 9,378.00 m2 and is delimited to the north by the EL-11 Plot designated as an open space, to the east by street B, to the west by street A and to the south by street C; all of them are newly constructed.

The 23 plots involved in the project provide a total of 31 building plots as defined in the Plot Division Project of the UE-20 Execution Unit.

Each one of these 23 plots has its surface divided in two: one for use and private property upon which the house is to be built, and another which, added to the other 22 plots in their entirety, make up a common area of 1,673.90 m2 designated for gardens, swimming pool, etc.

All of the houses are basically the same with regard to the program, surfaces and distribution, only the house to be built on plot 1.25 will vary on surface and distribution.

The houses will be semi-detached one being a mirror image of the other from the party wall that separates the lounges, staircases and garages on the Ground Floor and which project out with a gabled roof.

Access to the plots are by means of the newly constructed roads A, B and C, and through a drive to the garage with a separate pedestrian access.

The houses will have a Ground floor, First Floor and Conservatory.
