SINGLE FAMILY HOME IN VEREDA DE LOS CHOPOS 24. "LA MORALEJA" ESTATE.

The parcel is fully urbanized, with access from paved roads.

Access to the parcel is from a cul-de-sac, with two entrances for cars and pedestrians. 

In addition to the garage building, the Project includes an open air parking space for three cars next to the entrance.  

The property features a swimming pool measuring approximately 13m x 7m.  

The building consists of a semi-basement, ground floor, first floor and attic.  

Communication between floors is via a central nucleus consisting of a staircase and an elevator, that both communicate all floors except the attic.  The attic is accessed by means of a separate staircase on the first floor.
