SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, ROCHE ESTATE.

Development of this Project focused primarily on making the maximum use of the construction area on each parcel, and on adapting the design to other conditions required in the applicable regulation. 

The land for the four houses comprising the Project is the result of joining Parcels 6-A and 6B and 8-A and 8-B.  

Access to the parcels is from Avenida de Holanda via the easement to each, with separate entrances for vehicles and pedestrians.  

Each parcel contains a swimming pool.  

Each house features a ground floor, first floor and roof level.  The design is the same for all four houses, with slight variations deriving from their position, parcel and orientation.

A staircase located in the vestibule on the ground floor communicates the floors up to the roof level. 

The layout of the floors is the following:

Ground Floor.

The ground floor includes a vestibule, housing the staircase to the upper floors and providing access to a living/dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom and a guest bathroom.  The garage can be reached from inside through the kitchen, which also leads out to the clothes patio. 

Second Floor.

The second floor features the master bedroom with a private terrace, dressing room and en suite bathroom, and two double bedrooms and a second bathroom.  

Roof Level.

A landing area leads out onto the roof terrace.  From the terrace, a stairway leads to a second terrace located on the roof of the garage.
