Four buildings, dedicated to office space, are located independently on Parcels BV-1, BV-2, BV-5 y B-C, respectively.
The number of floors built on each parcel is the following:
Parcel BV-1: 5 floors above ground (G+4); 2 underground floors for equipment and car park.
Parcel BV-2: 5 floors above ground (G+4); 1 underground floor for equipment and car park.
Parcel BV-5: 5 floors above ground (G+4); 2 underground floors for equipment and car park.
Parcel B-C: 5 floors above ground (G+4); 4 undergound floors for equipment and car park.
The criteria used in the design of the facades, in the form of a curtain wall using a structural silicone system, is based on the overhanging volumes located on the top floor of each building, which is larger than the floors below, that provide movement to the design to give an interesting play of light and shade.
